Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At Trenisa, we value your trust and want your shopping experience with us to be smooth, transparent and fair. While we take utmost care in delivering high-quality jewellery, if any issues arise, this policy will guide you through the process of returns, replacements and cancellations.
1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
An incorrect product has been delivered.
Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with opening videos/ product unboxing videos as proof.
Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Once approved, customers may opt for a refund.
2. Replacement Policy
If you prefer, Trenisa also offers replacements instead of refunds in eligible cases.
A replacement can be requested if:
The received product is defective/damaged.
The wrong item was sent.
Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or request a refund.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Earrings, nose pins or any body jewellery.
Items purchased under clearance sales or heavy discounts (unless damaged/defective).
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage or regular wear and tear after delivery.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting Trenisa’s customer support.
Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For successful cancellations, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. International Orders
Due to customs and logistics restrictions, returns and replacements are not available for international orders.
Only cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order are accepted for international customers.
