At Trenisa, we are committed to delivering your jewellery securely and on time, both within India and worldwide. This Shipping Policy ensures a smooth, fair and transparent experience for both our customers and us.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
Within India
Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
During festivals, sales or unforeseen situations (e.g., natural calamities, strikes or courier delays), shipping may take longer.
International Shipping
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier partner, usually 9–18 business days.
Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Domestic (India)
Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.
For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
International
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees applicable in their country.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.
Orders can be tracked using the courier partner’s website or the link provided in the confirmation email.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address, pincode and contact number are correct.
Trenisa is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or extra costs due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
If an order is returned to Trenisa due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed attempts), we can re-ship it once the correct details are confirmed.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Shipments
All jewellery from Trenisa is securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item.
If an order is lost in transit (as confirmed by the courier partner), Trenisa will provide a replacement or refund.
8. International Shipping Disclaimer
Customs policies vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and handling charges applicable at their location.
Trenisa is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
