1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All confirmed orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, domestic orders are delivered in 4–7 business days and international orders in 7–18 business days, depending on the destination.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available within India on all orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000 and for all international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID/link. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner’s website.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Trenisa offers worldwide shipping. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

5. Can I return or replace an item?

  • Returns and replacements are only accepted in case of damaged, defective or incorrect items.

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with product unboxing videos as proof.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Earrings, nose pins, body jewellery, clearance sale items and products damaged due to mishandling are non-returnable.

6. How do I request a return or replacement?

To request a return or replacement, please contact Trenisa’s customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, you can opt for a refund or replacement, subject to stock availability.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection. Once approved, the refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting customer support.

  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Do you accept returns or replacements for international orders?

No. Due to customs and logistics restrictions, returns and replacements are not available for international orders. Only cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order are accepted for international customers.
